Since 2000, it has been the mission of The Human Development Center, Inc. to assist youth and their families with psychosocial development.

Empowerment

Inherent in the mission is the belief that empowerment is essential for our clients as a precursor for growth and developing interpersonal and intrapersonal skill building to increase their levels of functioning.
